1. Procedure Produce Zipper Slider Pressing Parts (needle , Hook, Middle Puller)

Step 1

Step 1.1: Pressing Mould
Machines Needed: QLQ-NPM Automatic Pressing Machine

1)There have 10tons, 15tons, 25tons for choosing according to product size and output.

1)There have 10 tons, 15tons, 25tons for choosing according to product size and output.
2) If your product capacity is not so much, we advise you to choose standard speed pressing machine QLQ - NPM is enough.

Step 1.2: Pressing Mould: Machines Needed; Material Used; C Type Needle Mould(6pcs/mould, Wire Size 0.8*17)

1) The capacity for one mould is 6pcs, or 3pcs or 5pcs depend on pressing machine and product size.
2) There have C shape and Y shape needle for choosing according to customer's requirement.
3) Most customers choose to buy the needle/monkey directly from our company for saving production time and labour cost.; 1) Brass /Iron Wire

1) The capacity for one mould is 6pcs, or 3pcs or 5pcs depend on pressing machine and product size.

2. Procedure Produce Zipper Slider Body, Cap, Puller

Step 2.1: Zipper Slider Die Casting Machine
Machines Needed: Automatic Hot Chamber Die-Casting Machine

1) There have 15tons, 25tons and 30tons for choosing. For auto-lock slider, we advise customer to buy 15tons in order to make the slider body with better quality.
2) We have standard configuration model and high configuration model for choosing. Please contact us for more details if you are interesting for this machine.

Step 2.2: Zipper Slider Moulds
Machines Needed: Auto-lock Zipper Slider Body Mould

1) If you don't know how many cavity per mould you can make, just let us known how much tons die casting machine you have and which size slider you want to make, then we will design for you.
2) For different logo, you just need to buy bottom stop mould for changing.; Auto-lock Zipper Slider Cap Mould

We can design same cap mould for your N51A, M51A, D51A auto-lock slider for saving cost and avoiding technician make mistake.; Auto-lock Zipper Slider Puller Mould

You can share one set mould frame/mother mould for several sets puller mould insert/ baby mould.

Step 3.1: Separating for Product and Material Frame
Machines Needed: QLQ-SFSM Products and Frame Separating Machine

Inside with plastic glue layer for avoding nosisy running voice.

Step 4.1: Various Polishing Machine: Machines Needed; Material Used; QLQ-BTPM Barrel Type Polishing Machine

1) This machine can polish the products shiny and without burr. But it takes at least 3-4 totally from roungh polishing to refine polishing
2)There have 50L, 100L, 150L, 200L, 250L, 300L for choosing. Normally, we advise customer to choose 150L.; 1)Polishing stone 2) Polishing liquid; QLQ-VTPM Vibrating Type Polishing Machine

1) This machine can polishing the products without burr, but shiny is less than QLQ-BTPM. But it just take about 1-2hours totally from roungh polishing to refine polishing. And this machine is good for big size product.
2)There have 80L, 150L, 200L,250L, 300L and more big capacity for choosing.
3) There have A,B, AB model for choosing, welcome to contact us for more detailed inforamtion.; 1)Polishing stone 2) Polishing liquid; QLQ-WTPM Whirlpool Type Polishing Machine (frequency conversion motor)

1) This machine can polishing the products without burr, but shiny is less than QLQ-BTPM. But it just take about 1-2hours totally from roungh polishing to refine polishing. If you make the normal quality slider, this machine is good for choosing.
2)There have 50L, 120L and more big capacity for choosing.
3) There have normal motor and frequency conversion motor for choosing.; 1)Polishing stone 2) Polishing liquid; QLQ-CTPM Centrifugal Type Polishing Machine

1)This machine has higher speed and shinier polishing effect. But as the speed is too quickly, so it is not easy to destory slider body. This machine is good for polishing needle , needle, hook and other pressing small parts.
2) There have 40L, 80L, 120L and more big capacity for choosing.
3) There have belt running system and gear wheel running system for choosing.; 1)Polishing stone 2) Polishing liquid

The silver should be made according to the polishing stone size and product size from customer.

1) There have 35kg, 50kg, 70kg and more big capacity for choosing.
2) There have A, B two model for choosing. A inside and outside are stainless stell. B just inside is stainless stell.

1) For belt spring(QLQ-003) and straigh spring(QLQ-032), cap+spring machine are different.
2) If you want machine runs very very smooth, you can consider to buy one set our "cap+spring selection machine" for make sure every cap with spring already on this machine.; Cap Spring Wire

1) C type needle and Y type needle assembly machine are different.
2) Inlay model and channel model are also different.
We will help you to analyse which model is more suitable for your company.
